The Corporations Act was amended in 1995 to allow for a sole director and member company. How much does it cost to convert to sole director company
The conversion to a sole director company package starts from $220. If you require printed documents there will be an additional charge of $70.
Do I need to lodge the 484 with ASIC if I resign a Director?
Yes, once you receive the documents, the resiging directors and shareholders will need to sign their resigations and send the documents to ASIC for manual lodgement. You will need to ensure the corporate key is provided on the ASIC documents before lodgement.
