Who can make the application for a Directors ID?

The individual director must make the application directly with the Australian Business Registry Services using the platform they provide (ABRS and myGovID). The application must be made by the individual to whom the application relates; it cannot be made by another person on behalf of that individual.  

Therefore, Abbots cannot apply on your behalf.
